Newsletter items should be submitted by noon on Tuesday to appear in the Thursday newsletter. Please keep newsletter content brief (less than 150 words), provide images when possible and links if needed.

Social media posts will be posted within 2 business days of submission. Please keep social media content brief (less than 50 words), provide quality images (no more than 3 per post), and links if needed.
